dude, it’s been a great day. two-a-days for football.. lovely. and then three hours of walking around trying to fundraise for it.
so yes, one important lesson i’ve learned from today is to not push yourself too far. you may end up so sore that it hurts to move. but, don’t be afraid to go the distance, because without risks you will not gain anything important and lasting. just know your limits because going over your limits will end up screwing you over.
